“Exceptional”
+Our stay at Assumar Country House in Assumar was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the owners - a lovely married couple -made us feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, always accessible, and eager to help us discover the wonderful region, which is rich in food and wine experiences. The property itself is stunning. Set amidst the beautiful Alentejo fields, it offers breathtaking views and a refreshing pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The house, an old historical building, has been tastefully renovated, blending its charming past with modern comforts. Our room was very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that felt quite luxurious. Interestingly, there was no TV in the room, which we actually appreciated as it encouraged us to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Served on a lovely terrace with a great view, it featured a variety of fresh fruits, real eggs, delicious pastries, and freshly baked bread. The hosts once again went above and beyond, making our mornings truly special. Leaving Assumar was tough after such a wonderful stay. It felt like saying goodbye to a little piece of paradise.

+A true paradise in Alentejo. The room was amazing, very well decorated and comfortable. The setting is perfect to rest and enjoy nature’s silence. The pool is the cherry on top of the cake, especially during Summer. Amazing breakfast! All topped with the nicest people. Thank you!

“Peace and tranquility”
+Breakfast was incredible and the owners provided more than we could hope for. The rooms are big and with all the amenities. There is a coffee machine in the room with capsules, we would have enjoyed some tea bags also for the night but it was not a problem at all. We did enjoyed the game room and the honesty bar. The pool was perfect and you can enjoy peace and tranquility of this place.
−Everything was incredible.

“Local que nos surpreendeu pela qualidade. A voltar”
−Nada a apontar
