“Disappointing”
+It was clean and ok.
−It had long steep staircase of steps, very difficult to lift bags either way. Also it was very cold in the room, despite the heater which took ages to heat up. At night there is no light in the garden and had to use my mobile light. The security box for keys was literally hidden in the dark and wasn’t easily found and opened. It’s a long walk to the town centre atleast 35 minutes and uphill back takes 45 minutes. Bus stop is 20 minutes walk so if you have car it’s fine otherwise wouldn’t recommend especially in a cold weather.

+Everything! Amazing rooms, she has two bedrooms one double and a twin room. Super clean, great outdoor area and nice view. Great location, easy to reach from Queenstown and adorable host.

“Very comfortable homely stay with a super friendly and helpful host.”
+Myself & my husband stayed for two nights before and after completing the Milford Track. The accommodation, location, and the super friendly host was perfect. The host, Honor even dropped us off in town the morning of our tramp and was super helpful in any way she could. Thanks Honor. We'll be back to do the Routeburn Track soon.
−The other guests were a bit inconsiderate.

“Cozy, comfortable and convenient!”
+Such a beautiful home in a beautiful spot! Tucked away just out of the busyness of Queenstown but close enough to everything you need. There is a bus stop about 7 mins walk up the road that takes you straight into town or you can head down on the walking trail! The views all around are incredible. The home is clean, tidy and comfortable and Honor was very accomodating. The bed was super comfortable!! I really enjoyed staying here and wish I was staying for longer! I will be back for sure :)

+Good value, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice tv room with fridge and kettle etc., nice large upstairs living room with tv and kitchen (but didn’t use the upstairs room), very quiet, nice views from the top of the driveway and a friendly host.
−The bus stops were a long walk from the property and we got lost coming home one night so it’s much easier with a car which we luckily also had. It had a long steep driveway and long stairs to the apartment which were fine for the first part as the stairs had a hand rail to the first landing but the last part of stairs were square shaped and had no hand rail so this was hard for my elderly mother who needed by help to get down the square shaped stairs. I didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom with the other guest but they were very friendly and tidy.
