“DO NOT STAY HERE”
+Location EXCEPT the cab could not get closer than 200 meters from the building since it is on a pedestrian only street
−ThIS IS NOT A HOTEL.You cannot get into the building if you do not check in online. You do not receive a room key...they send you an electronic code only after you check in online. We arrived at 15:00 and didn't receive the electronic key code email until 20:30. The A/C never turned on. The windows are not soundproof and the party at the busy restaurant outside the windows went until 01:00!!!

“Great location and facilities”
+This flat is in a great location with many sites, restaurants and bars near by. We really liked it. There is a lift which was good as the flat is on the 3rd floor. The room was nicely equipped, with a good coffee machine and facilities. They also had lockers to store our bags both before and after our stay.
