“The rooms are neat and tidy and the property is extremely convenient for bus travel.”
+Located on a major road, with a number of bus routes, including the main airport-city. There is stop nearby and I bussed in and out of the city easily, as well as to and from the airport. The room and ensuite bathroom were clean and tidy and a good size. The bed was comfortable. I arrived late at night and it was easy to let myself in after I contacted the property to let them know.
−There was a lack of contact or information to know if I needed to follow up with a check in in the morning and no information about the facilities of the property. A simple compendium of info would have made things easier.

“Not again”
+Clean-ish.
−No one there upon check-in, no one available on the phone number, no one responding on the chat. Had to wait for half an hour outside. Never got an apology for that. Sink: One tap not working, the other barely running any water. The shower was either cold or burning hot, it wasn't possible to properly set the temperature. The street noise was very audible even with closed windows.

“Basic accommodation, but clean and safe”
+Clean, safe, good location close to bus stop. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Also close to a grocery store where the food is very cheap.
−The room got a bit cold, but there was personal heater available in the closet which really helped. There was no fridge to store food, so I didn't buy perishable items except in very small quantities.
