“Wonderful hosts and beautiful home. We loved all of the extra touches - fireplace, breakfast, coffee”
+Location was convenient to good restaurants as many were walkable, hosts were wonderful, coffee and tea available all day, snacks at 3:00 pm, and nice breakfast.
−If you have a loud guest in an adjacent room, you can hear them talking. This happened to us one evening, and the guests in the adjacent room were up very late talking, which made it difficult to sleep.

“Ashley Ann is perfect”
+The Ashley was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. They had a perfect location, just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Parking was so convenient and free and included. Breakfast was Continental but plentiful and you couldn't ask for anything more. Our room was spacious and well looked after. Sarah was a wonderful hostess, and helped with suggestions for dining and things to do and see on the island. The deck property is beautiful with comfortable lounges to sit in and outdoor space to relax in. 100% recommend.

−Bathroom sink wiggles, door sticks, shade over main door broken, should have instructions to operate AC & Heat, refrigerator wiggles. These May sound picky but these are simple things that irritate me and should not be overlooked by the owner.

+Breakfast was very good and we were able to walk into town and all around the area. Very convenient. The Inn was lovely with great parking. The staff were very nice and our room was very pretty. The bed was very comfortable too. The closet was nice and big.
−Unfortunately the bathroom needs updating. The sink and the shower dripped no matter what we did and the bathroom sink was very low and very difficult to turn on the water. The old dresser, which we liked with lots of room, was missing a couple of handles making it very difficult to open.

“Did not meet my expectations. Satisfactory”
+Location was excellent
−The narrow stairs to third floor. The bathroom was ok but tight, cramped and needed more amenities. Breakfast was plentiful but too many mediocre baked goods that reappeared each morning ( some being reheated). Paying over $500 a night expected better. Staff are efficient and professional but not beyond that
