“Perfect.”
+This is an excellent value for the price, if you don't mind sharing a bathroom with another room. Denise, the host, is very responsive, helpful and thoughtful of the guests' comfort. I stayed four nights with a peace of mind.

“This is a shared appartment! not just "shared bathroom". If you're ok with this, it's a nice place.”
+Two double rooms in one apartment, NOTE that these are rented out seperately. It's a shared apartment not just shared bathroom. We rented here thinking we'd be alone only to find out we were sharing the apartment. If you know this and are ok with it, it is a very nice place to stay. Overall very nice appartment in a quiet area only a short busride away from the town centre.
−This is a shared apartment. The listing states clearly "shared bathroom". There is pictures of two bedrooms but we figured it was a good price so we rented the whole apartment. Little did we know, that the two rooms in the apartment are rented out seperately at the same time, so we stumbled upon other guest living in the same apartment which we thought we'd have to ourselves. They other guests were very nice but we were expecting something different so it was a bit of a let down. When we tried to cancel the host insisted we should've been able to figure out by evidence of the pictures that the whole space was shared and wouldn't refund the stay if we'd cancelled. We thought this was very unflexible. We even went back to check the listing in case we'd missed something, but we still felt the same.

“Sehr zu empfehlen.”
+Schöne ,gepflegte Räumlichkeiten. Sehr nette Dame die wirklich schaut dass ihre Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt haben. Auch sehr unkompliziert wie alles abgelaufen ist. Was uns besonders gefallen hat ist die Lage direkt an der Berner Altstadt, die Einrichtung, der Balkon und der angenehme Geruch im Haus. Auch preisich haben wir gestaunt was wir bekommen haben im vergleich zum Rest von Bern. Vielen Dank für die tolle Übernachtung.

“Tolle Unterkunft und fantastische Gastgeberin!”
+Schon der Empfang durch Denise war fantastisch und das Viertel in dem die Utnerkunft gelegen ist allein schon einen Spaziergang (oder zwei oder drei) wert! Man ist in 15 Minuten in die Altstadt gelaufen und bekommt zudem einen tollen Blick auf Bern inkl. Die Unterkunft war fantastisch und es mangelt an absolut nichts! Eines der wenigen tatsächlichen "BnB"-Erlebnisse, die ich in Jahren des Buchens über booking.com erlbent habe! Würde ich sofort wieder eincecken!

+Es una casa la cual la han adaptado para invitados, cuarto de baño y cocinas nuevos. Todo limpio y tranquilo. Tienen una zona común muy agradable con un balcón donde poder descansar o comer. Es una casa muy pintoresca y acogedora, me gustó bastante.
