“Unsafe access, poor lighting, unreliable locks, and no proper follow-up from the host.”
−Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. Access to the property is complicated and unsafe, especially at night. The street was poorly lit, and the lighting inside the courtyard was very weak, making the gate lock difficult to see and operate properly. I was unable to open the gate myself and had to call the host. Only after that did someone come and open the gate for me. Due to the poor lighting and the condition of the locks, the situation escalated: the key then got stuck in the main door lock. After about 20 minutes, I managed to remove the key, without forcing anything. Because of this incident, I stayed only one night in the room and did not go out again, fearing that I might be locked outside once more.
