+A truly memorable stay We had a wonderful time at Arta Cottage. The whole staff was incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The place itself is beautiful and very well located, which made it easy to explore the area. A special mention to Suzan, who was absolutely amazing. She organised an East Java tour for us that was fantastic, everything was well thought out and we loved every bit of it. On top of that, I fell ill during our stay and she was so caring, checking in on us regularly and really looking after us. That kind of attention is something you don’t forget. Thank you for everything, we highly recommend this place!

−Wir hatten fleckige Bettwäsche alles ist nur sporadisch eingerichtet gewesen im Zimmer, Spinnen und reichlich Spinnweben und im Bad gab es nur 2 Handtücher und das Waschbecken ist sehr klein gewesen. Frühstück war auch nicht besonders...

+El sitio es precioso, perfecto para visitar las cascadas de la zona. Las casitas están muy bien y la piscina espectacular. Nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo. El personal muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa te ayudan con todo. Lo recomendamos!

+La restauration est très bonne, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité des repas.
−Nous avons été très mitigés concernant cet hôtel. La chambre était assez propre, mais très mal isolée, et nous avons trouvé plusieurs lézards à l’intérieur. La salle de bain était très exiguë et manquait de propreté. Le petit déjeuner continental est assez quelconque, nous sommes arrivés vers 10h et il n'y avait presque plus rien. Le principal point négatif reste toutefois le manque de surveillance des espaces communs. Une famille indonésienne s’était approprié la piscine et s’y lavait littéralement : oreilles, dents, etc., sans qu’aucun membre du personnel n’intervienne. Avant d’assister à cette scène, nous avions simplement prévu de profiter tranquillement de la piscine, mais cette même famille nous a photographiés et s’est moquée de nous. Nous sommes conscients que ce comportement ne relève pas directement de la responsabilité de l’hôtel. Cependant, il nous semble important que les espaces communs soient surveillés afin que tous les clients puissent en profiter dans de bonnes conditions.

+Hotel jak na ten region na Jawie spełnia warunki. Personel jest bardzo miły i uczynny. Bardzo dobre i świeże jedzenie w hotelu.Fajny basen gdzie można się zrelaksować .Należy pamiętać że jest się w Indonezji więc standard hotelu nie można porównać Do Europy.Polecamy jak najbardziej nocleg w tym hotelu .
