“Great Location, Comfortable, and Clean”
+Excellent location, and very east to walk to from the Roma Termini station. The building has beautiful character and it was a great first location on our very long trip itinerary.

+The employees were very kind. The room was cleaned almost every day. The location was very close to the central station and the city center. The air co was working very well.
−The matters was rather rigid and the shower cabin felt like less than one square meter in size but I guess it is also a Rome thing.

“It was more of an AirBNB experience than a Hotel experience.”

−The first difficulty was trying to find the place. There was no external sign at the front door, but there were signs for other small hotels embedded with apartments in an old building. While the owner was there to hand us the key and show us the room, there was no staff on site. Communication was through "What's app". For the price, you are paying for the location not comfort. Owner preferred cash and price would be 40% less if contacting him directly.

“Overall convenient location but room was small and decor was dated. However the cost was very reasonable.”
+The location was very convenient and walking distance to all the main sights. Furthest was the Vatican but an enjoyable walk of about 45 minutes.
−It was like an en-suite room within an apartment. The building had many apartments that were operating as guest houses, The building was old and had character, the room I found small and very dated in decor. For me it was not a problem but my girlfriend did not like it and she did not like the key handler saying he was strange.

“So horrible, gross, and creepy that I didn't stay - I found something else and ran out of there.”
+I did not like one thing about this place. In fact, I spent the money to book somewhere else and I left because it was so bad.
−This place is horrible. It was old, gross, rundown, and felt more like a creepy hostel than a hotel. The guy checking me in was rude, and honestly, creepy. From the very beginning he chastised me for not knowing how to get in the building, even though I buzzed several times. He then said "oh the lady must be at lunch". The rooms were nothing like the very filtered photos online, and just felt extremely gross. This hotel is (perhaps purposely?) named dangerously close to a very nice hotel across the street (Hotel Artemide) and I was charged the same rates that that very nice hotel was charging, only for something small, disgusting, and without any amenities. I could never recommend this "hotel" to anyone, and actually would petition for Booking.com to not allow them on their site because it is a massive scam. I could not get out of there fast enough.

+the location decent once we found it.
−The taxi driver dropped us off at the Artemis across the street and they pointed us to the building with four columns out front. When we got inside there wasn't any signs or directions how to find the place..There were multiple small hotels in one large building with four floors. Very difficult to locate.

+Amazing location in Rome, friendly and supportive staff, clean room, a bit small but peaceful, water/coffee/snacks are offered daily for free at the entrance, secure building with code entrance
