“Great choice of host and apartment”
+Such a warm welcome and continuing care. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Fully equipped kitchen and high standards of cleanliness. Convenient for beaches, restaurants and bars and calm a peaceful location Highly recommended

“I spent 9 days here and I could not fault it. Bathroom wonderful. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Location excel”
+This was my second stay here. My first visit was so good I booked again! My first stay was in the roof apartment in 2025 and this time I was on the ground floor. My stay was fantastic. Absolutely outstanding. Ayhan (so sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was the most wonderful host. His hospitality was exceptional, such a lovely smiley face every day. Helping me learn a little Turkish, watermelon when my friends and I had drinks on the patio. As a woman staying solo I felt incredibly safe. Truly and exceptional apartment and Ayhan should be recognised for his exceptional hospitality. I will be back!

“Excellent apartment in the heart of Akiyaka.”
+Clean and cool in the heat. Airco in all rooms. Extra cleaning during the stay. The owner did laundry for us for free.

“Fabulous place to be in Akyaka”
+We loved the property, it was super clean, spacious and very comfortable. Just a short stroll to the eateries and swimming. It was lovely being able to cook a few bits and in that regard the kitchen was fabulously appointed with plenty of utensils and crockery. Our hosts were super friendly and accomodating…we throughly enjoyed their company. We’ll absolutely be back.

“Great location, beautiful room just beware of the stairs!”
+The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach but far enough away that you aren’t disturbed by the noise of the centre. The view is beautiful from the huge windows running the full length of one of the walls. The room is modern and spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a sofa. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a table you can eat at. There is a washing machine, however, it is communal in the hallway and it was struggle to get access with it being used by other guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with great water pressure. Orhan (sorry if I have spelt it wrong) was a wonderful host. Very welcoming and friendly.
−This is not a dislike but more of a “be aware”. My room was in the very top of the building, which makes for the beautiful views! However, the stairs leading to it are curved tile/marble with no hand rail. It was very nerve wracking going down them. Don’t pick the top room if you have mobility issues or children. I slipped once and was very lucky not to injure myself. Small issue is that there’s nowhere to hang towels or clothes to dry in the room. There was a small balcony near the washing machine but it was always used by other guests The wardrobe is in an alcove and it’s not possible to hang full length clothes.
