“Great location, private & picturesque”
+Great location - 50m from a supermarket, 100m from Piazza Dante and its Metro station, just off the Via Toledo main thoroughfare and nestled in picturesque Centro Storico. The perfect private, self-contained room with a gracious and discreet host.

“Such a lovely and comfortable stay!”
+Very close the subway. Many good places to eat. The host was very friendly and easy to reach. There was an elevator. The view from the balcony was beautiful!

“Graet place to stay”
+A lovely place to stay. Nicky is a brilliant host, wonderful Neapolitan hospitality! He doesn’t bother you, but he’s always there if you need anything. A huge room, super clean., bedding sheets towels etc. A fully equipped kitchen, if you need it. Lots of power poinst to charge devices. A breathtaking view over the city and Vesuvius.

“Welch ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!”
+Unser Gastgeber, Nicky war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr gastfreundlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - er hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert.Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt: Es befindet sich sehr zentral, die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft gibt es ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen, was die Erkundung der Stadt sehr angenehm macht.Das Apartment selbst ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Visuv - ein wahrer Hingucker! Wir können dieses Apartment empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

+La posizione è il punto forte: super centrale, a due passi da Piazza Dante e dal centro storico. L’appartamento è un monolocale situato all’interno di un palazzo storico. Nicky è un host accogliente e dalla personalità interessante.
−Purtroppo, abbiamo trovato l’appartamento davvero troppo sporco: sotto il letto c’erano diversi centimetri di polvere, le stoviglie erano appiccicose e nella doccia erano presenti capelli degli ospiti precedenti. Per una persona molto allergica come me, questo aspetto non è stato ideale e ha avuto un impatto negativo sul soggiorno.

+Die Lage ist zentral und das Bett war bequem (nicht durchgelegen). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der direkt in der Wohnung nebenan wohnt, war freundlich. Es gab Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker in der Küche.
−Auch wenn die Ausstattung/Einrichtung insgesamt nicht alt und damit gut ist, wäre mal eine ordentliche Grundreinigung angebracht. Damit meine ich nicht das dreckige Geschirr von den letzten Gästen im Apartment, sondern z.B. sauber gewischte Oberflächen, entkalkte Wasserhähne und zu übermalende Stellen von ehemaligen Feuchtigkeitsproblemen an der Wand.
