+Spacious, comfortable, and pleasant room, good breakfast, and an excellent location.
−Very limited facilities, a small bar integrated into the reception area, and insufficient staff. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs ourselves.

“Wonderful boutique hotel in old part of town.”
+We got a suite which was large and very comfortable. Bed was very good. Tea and coffe making in room and a fridge. Reception staff extremely helpful. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

+The hotel is modern, wonderfully maintained and in a fantastic location near the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. Would highly recommend staying here for a visit to Sibiu.

“Based on this experience, we will look for alternative accommodation when we next visit Sibiu”
+Location
−Having enjoyed a very positive experience at Art Hotel three years ago, we were looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below the standard we remembered. The cleanliness and maintenance of our room were concerning. There were cobwebs in both the bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom exhaust fan was clogged with dust, and the bed linen was old and worn. The seat on the indoor exercise bike was also split. These details gave the impression that housekeeping and maintenance were not receiving sufficient attention. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The vegetables appeared to be canned rather than fresh, and the overall quality of the food on offer was poor. We also missed the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our previous visit. Three years ago, the reception team was friendly and engaging. This time, we often returned in the evening without receiving even a simple greeting. That lack of acknowledgement made our stay feel noticeably less welcoming.

“Calme, central et fabuleux”
+Hôtel très bien situé : central et proche de tous les lieux à visiter. Très calme, chambres spacieuses et confortables (App n5) Petit déjeuner varié avec de très bons produits frais
−Un détail les rideaux n’étaient pas assez occultants, le radiateur de la salle de bain fuyais. 2 coussins par personnes aurait été super!
