+I was put in a room where one guest was smoking. I complained and was offered another room much better. Smoking is tolerated and accepted.

“One nighter for a gig”
+One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. It done exactly what was required, the only negative I would say was that the room was very cold and the heater only stopped on for a short period of time but that also could have been myself not knowing how to work it correctly. Otherwise it was a great price and a great location for wandering to the arena with plenty pubs/bars along the route. I would happily stay again.

+Needs a mirror in the bedroom part near an electric socket for the hairdryer. The floor lamp is too big for the room, caused access issues to one side of the bed.

+The room was close to a busy road so there was a bit of traffic noise, otherwise everything was perfect.

“Well equipped gem”
+Well equipped including tin openers. Beds comfortable and didn't creak, although single pillow is very thin. Power at bed side worked. Slightly more floor space for luggage would have been easier. Free bag storage. Very friendly staff. Clean everywhere including corners. Guests friendly, quiet and respectful. Would stay again.
