“Clean, comfy, quiet and convenient gem”
+Great quiet location with a short drive or walk to the lake and business precinct. Spacious room with comfy beds, great linen, pillows and towels. We enjoyed using the kitchen and self catered most of our meals. The host was super friendly and even surprised my travelling companion with a bottle of bubbly for her birthday. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
−It would have been even more comfortable with bedside tables and bedside/reading lights for the 2 x single beds in the main living area. The main living area only had 2 ceiling lights (both on the same switch) which were very bright.

“Great Value Book Your Stay.”
+I loved that fact that there were so many chairs so it made the place feel bigger than it actually is. The owner Fernando was also super nice and recommended me to go to Red Cliff Cafe for dinner, which turned out to be one of the top food spots on my trip!. As a bonus Fernando used to be a chef so he knows his food.

“I would thoroughly recommend Arran Motel for a comfortable stay in Te Anau.”
+Checking in at the front desk was incredibly fast and easy, with a friendly manager. A nice touch was that the room heating was already on as the temperature was below freezing outside. The room was thoroughly clean and fresh, and the comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. Cooking facility and fridge were much appreciated, as was the on-site laundry.
−Nothing really!
