“Not what I expected”
+I did not stay long enough to explore all the facilities.
−I arrived there after a 10 hour drive. The hotel is very hard to reach by car. I texted them to ask for some help, but they did not reply in time. Once I entered the room, it did not feel right. It was not the level of comfort I was looking for. I was used to staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel and the difference was big. The sheets did not feel fresh and the boiler was hanging in the shower with a note to turn it off when showering - at least that is what I think was written - as not all text was visible anymore. I didn't feel good, so I decided to switch hotels the next day. At check-out they were not helpful, just stated that I should take it up with booking.com. Since I did not have an Indian number I could not call Booking myself. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were unavailable. They also did not help me in finding transport to move to a different hotel.

“Good experience”
+Staff behaviour, food, in house facilities like yoga class in morning, Ganesh aarti in evening(i visited during Ganesh chaturthi), swimming pool, close proximity to many prominent places of Rishikesh.
−Parking was bug problem because there is only 1 way to reach hotel and some government construction was ongoing when i visited so had to park my car far away.
