+A great place to stay in Florence! Excellent location, with everything you need nearby and the main attractions within easy walking distance. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything was wonderful, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
−The only minor inconvenience was the check-in process. The staff had asked us several times in advance about our exact arrival time, and we arrived as agreed. However, no one was there to meet us, and we hadn’t been informed about this beforehand. We had to wait around 10-15 minutes, look for a contact number, and send messages to figure out how to check in. It was a little uncomfortable, especially since our arrival time had been confirmed several times. I believe a self-check-in system would be a much better solution and could easily prevent situations like this. Everything was already accessible using codes, so the necessary setup was essentially in place. However, the staff apologized for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.

“We would stay there again”
+Location is superb. Very clean. Great communication with staff. Lots of safe and high ceilings. Linens were comfortable and the double head spacious shower was nice. It was near 3 different piazzas and a less than 3 minute walk to the Duomo and Cathedral. 10 min walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge. About 6 minutes to the train station. Lots of great

“We didn’t feel safe, room service was unprofessional. We wont come back and would not reccomend to anyone.”
+The property was very close to the rail station and most of the sightseeing spots.
−We did not feel safe, since the passcode for the main entrance as well as for our room (one of four) was the same. Also our apple watch went missing after we left it in the apartment for charging and went out through the day. We even tracked it down to a very busy area where a few scooters were parked but couldn’t do anything about it since we couldn’t track it down closely. We placed a police complaint but they couldn’t pursue it either. After this incident we told the proprietor that we wont need room service but either way they came by (the bed was made). Also we threw one of the towels on the floor since it was dirty and we didnt want to use it anymore but when we came back the same towel was hanging up back there - very unprofessional. We won’t come back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone who appreciates privacy and security. Also we could hear everything from the streets and the AC did make a buzzing sound every minute. Also the furnitures were very dusty and not for use rather than for aesthetics.

“Perfect Accomodation!”
+The room was amazing and even as you walk in the public space has everything you need, the bathroom was beautiful and bedroom was massive! Air conditioning was great too for a 39 degree day we had arriving. The staff were so friendly, Patrizio was incredibly and helped carry our suitcases up the stairs and was so friendly. As were the staff I was communicating with. It was also a 10-15 minute walk from the train station totally doable.
