+The room had an amazing view and the location was nice
−The room was smaller than anticipated, but it was fine for the 2 of us!

+The reception area was lovely, and the staff were also very friendly. easy to get around the city and a good safe location for solo travelers. I had a great view of the Empire State Building that i didn't know id have.
−The room didn't look as good in person; the room was a bit run-down. Found hair in the bathroom area, and it just didn't seem well taken care of. It wasn't awful but for the price i had paid i was hoping it would be abit better quality/updated. Rooms were noisy, could hear all the doors opening and closing in the floor i was on, the door rattled. so it was a little unsettling at night.

+Location, beautiful room view and the hotel facility in general
−For the price we paid (about 500 eur per night) there should have been better complimentary room amenities. We were only gifted free water instead
