−- bed bugs - rain shower head didn’t work - stained towels (even after we put up the ‘make up room’ sign) I stayed at the bed and breakfast for less than half of the originally planned number of nights because of the bed bugs and the fact that the towels already had stains on them before we had even used them. The photos of the room were extremely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. Because of these issues, we left early and stayed for the remaining nights at Henann Park Resort instead. Overall, I didn’t feel heard at all. Even after communicating these things with the staff I didn’t receive any form of compensation. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

+I did not really expect that much about the property since I've also read some reviews first before I book it so I already know the good and not so good things about. But upon experiencing it myself for 6 days, I was amazed at how convenient at relaxing the place and the area is. Very peaceful location, few steps from the beach, not a crowded area and there are actually convenient stores and snacks area if you are looking for a quick and cheap snack time. The staffs are very accommodating and the room service is excellent. What I like the most is the interrior of the room. I stayed at 3rd floor, room 12. It was nicely lit and well ventilated, with big windows that could give you natural morning light during day. The AC is doing great and the toilet area is clean and well maintained.
−You could probably include personal fridge in each rooms so guest could store drinks and food for night snacks and early morning cravings.

“Best area of the island to stay if you want a more chilled experience.”
+The location to the beach was ideal, 2-3 minutes walk to the beach front. It's towards the quiet area of the island so you still have really good bars and resturants without the crowds of people. The staff were friendly and offered assistance when needed and the bed was nice and comfortable.
−Like most places weve stayed so far, the bathroom is quiet small and the shower screen offers no use in stopping water getting onto the floor meaning it gets soaking. However, they do provide fresh towels each day to help this.

“Happily stay here again due to the location and the staff and the comfort of the overall hotel.”
+The location is nice and a short walk to the beach or main street, easy access to tuktuks, amazing staff, always happy to help and the breakfast has a good range to choose from and relatively healthy. Near a good small corner shop where you can get majority of things needed.
−Bathroom on the smaller side, hard to keep clean.
