+Ardvane B&B is an excellent, affordable guest house and a great value. Just 3 blocks form Atholl street, Pitlochry’s main road, there is no road traffic noise and the view of the village rooftops and distant mountains from the breakfast room is beautiful. The service of manager Cor exceeds even his wonderful cooked breakfasts. Coffee, juices, and snacks are available all day. Everything is clean and up to date. We stayed 12 days and recommend Ardvane without reservation!

+Fabulous garden and hill view from our French doors (ground floor twin room). Wonderful breakfast with creamy porridge (British style). Appreciated the hot chocolate and milk provided in the room! Spacious with bathroom around the corner from living space. Highly recommend a stay of three to five nights to enjoy the many walks and hikes in the surrounding area!

“Fantastic 4 night stay.”
+Lynn & Phil Wilkinson are very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast you get a very good choice of breakfast food which is very well cooked and served with a friendly smile. My bedroom was only a single room but very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The room had a tv with free view Channels, a tea or coffee with a kettle and a mug. Plenty of double electric sockets with one having two usb charging points. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will be booking again in the near future.
