+We had a wonderful stay at Arce Hotel. The location could not be better,it is situated right in the heart of Brașov's Old Town, just a short walk from Piața Sfatului, Rope Street, and the Black Church, yet tucked away on a quiet street that guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. The room was remarkably spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated, offering plenty of room to unwind and store luggage comfortably. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made check-in seamless. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brașov!

“Good location and disappointed equipment”
+The location is great. This accommodation is close to the city centre, but not in it. Therefore, you can enjoy peace and quiet during your stay.
−The hotel has been tastefully renovated and has a modern atmosphere. However, the equipment is very outdated. For example, the hairdryer was very old and appeared to have received little or no maintenance. It was visibly clogged with dust and would frequently stop working once it became hot during use, possibly as a result. I raised this issue with the owner, but was told that this was simply how the hairdryer was designed to work, and that we needed to use it accordingly. I found this response rather disappointing. Although there was a power socket in the bathroom, the owner did not seem to consider providing a replacement hairdryer or an alternative solution. In my view, a basic amenity such as a hairdryer should function reliably and safely. The other, more significant issue was the air conditioning. The exterior of the unit had turned yellow with age, suggesting that it was old. When we tried to use it, it made an extremely loud noise, rendering it effectively unusable. We tried turning it on before going to bed, as the room had become quite warm, but the noise was so loud that we could not have slept with it running. +Arce was a wonderful place to stay. Our host Tibi was always available and very attentive. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and very clean and in the perfect location in Braşov. The breakfasts during our stay were delicious and the perfect way to start each beautiful day during our vacation. Thank you Tibi for making our time in Braşov so wonderful.

−The furniture is old and with scratches. The room is without air conditioner although it was written in the description. Cleaning the room is not by default, you need to ask for it

“soggiorno fantastico”
+Una struttura piccola e deliziosa, a pochissimi metri dal centro storico della bellissima Città di Brasov. La nostra camera affacciava su un terrazzina con vista sul monte che sovrasta la Città con la scritta Brasov. La camera silenziosa, pulizia eccellente e molto disponibile e gentile la persona che ci ha accolti e ci ha accompagnati,durante il soggiorno, con disponibilità e simpatia
