“Average place, not good for comfortable sleep”
+The location was good. Bed was comfortable. That is more or less this, an average place with some seriuos issues (see below).
−First of all, it was hard to have a good sleep there. The heating in the rooms was on all the time and it was not possible to turn it off. And it was not necessary, I don't like sleeping in very hot room. So I had to open the windows wide to sleep at all. Bu then there was some heavy device (AC? not sure) located below my windows, which kept turning on and off the whole night and was really loud, not allowing for comfortable sleep. Secondly the room was not cleaned properly. The coffee cup and spoon were used and had remainings of coffee inside, a glass and a saucer was also used and dirty. In bathroom I found were some long hair left on the floor and in the sink (I'm a short-haired man so they were definitely not mine). Thirdly, we were told we can buy breakfast at 9:00 in a small restaurant downstairs owned by the same owners. Apparently at 9:20 there was still nobody in the restaurant (!), not even to mention breakfast being ready, and we had to leave for sightseeing and couldn't wait so long, so I went to buy something to eat at the supermarket.

+In the center of Sevan with space to parking car. The room was spaciuos and clean and with all forniture new and confortable. The man at desk use google traslate but we can talk without problems. You can taste the beer from the brewery.

“Eine verstecktes Juwel!”
+Eigentlich versuche ich auf meinen Reisen Hotels in Städten zu vermeiden. Da dieses Hotel das beste Angebot in Sewan war, habe ich es trotzdem gebucht. Und ich habe es nicht bereut. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und in einen sehr gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Matratze war sehr bequem, so das ich 2 erholsame Nächte hatte. Das zum Hotel dazugehörige Restaurant war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Fish BBQ (gegrillte Forelle) war der Hammer und dazu noch sehr günstig. Zudem gab es noch leckeres selbstgebrautes Bier. Hab auf jeden während meinen ganzen Urlaubs kein besseres Restaurant gefunden. Der Eigentümer war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprach sogar ein paar Brocken Deutsch. Viele Geschäfte in der Nachbarschaft.
−Ich kann leider nur bei frischer Luft schlafen und brauche dazu immer ein offenes Fenster. Auch wenn absolut kein Straßenlärm zu hören war, haben unzählige kläffende Hunde die Nachtruhe erheblich gestört. (Optionales) Frühstück im Restaurant war erst ab 9 Uhr möglich.

+Отличное расположение, удобные кровати, отличные чистые номера. Особенно хочу отметить пиво собственного приготовления по чешской технологии. Очень вкусное и свежее. Так же при гостинице есть небольшое кафе, где готовят более чем замечательно!

“Céntrico y cómodo”
+Buena ubicación en el centro de Sevan. Muy recomendable el restaurante que está junto al hotel por calidad y precio. Habitación tranquila, limpia y cómoda. Se puede pagar con tarjeta.

+останавливался второй раз. все так же замечательно, как было 3 месяца назад: чисто, уютно, безопасно. В номере чай и кофе, удобный душ, чистота.

+Была приятно удивлена, что в таком маленьком городишке есть такой хороший, чистый и уютный отель. В номере ОЧЕНЬ чисто и все подобрано со вкусом, что способствует приятному отдыху. Если бы знала заранее, как здесь комфортно и оптимально по соотношению цена/качество, то не останавливалась бы в Ереване за "бешеные" деньги, а ездила бы туда на маршрутке за 150 рублей на маршрутке. Отель находится напротив автовокзала. Автобусы ходят с 6.30 каждые 30 минут. До озера, к сожалению, пешком придётся идти по бездорожью либо ехать на такси.

+Были в этом отеле в сентябре, очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Владелец даже помог поднять чемодан на второй этаж . Номер был чистый и со всем необходимым. Как писали в отзывах, под окнами кричат петухи , но нам это не мешало ) Очень удобное расположение, рядом есть магазины, кафе, аптеки, банкоматы, где можно снять наличные с русских карт и даже в 5 минутах есть жд вокзал, где можно прокатиться на местном поезде до станции Шоржа на озере Севан и полюбоваться шикарнейшим видом на озеро . ( правда ходит этот поезд только в летний сезон , мы как раз успели урвать последний момент )
−Единственный нюанс, что из номера было хорошо слышно все что происходило в коридоре из за щелей в дверях и иногда был слышен в номере запах от сигарет . И в душевой протекал поддон, после мытья вся вода аш до порога стояла
