“The room has potential, but it is used as a cash cow”
+The place is located in a very good area if one is planning to take the bus / train since it is very close by. The room was very clean and quite secure (having a total of 4 doors)
−The property did not have a working air conditioner. At the time we went to Bari (late October), it is quite humid and the room at night was very cold due to it. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The room is listed to be soundproof, but I could easily hear the above neighbor doing noises every now and then (though we never heard the outside streets from the room). I do not mind a self check in, but for this place it would be nice for someone to show you, due to the property location and the number of steps. It also listed streaming services, there is a TV but you have to log in with your own account. Netflix was not available.

“Clean room and good location, but poor communication, a long wait at check-in, and missing amenities”
+The room itself was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient, especially because it was close to the railway station.
−The check-in experience was disappointing. We kept the host updated about our arrival time, including a delay to our bus, but when we arrived at the gate, the host stopped responding to our messages. We had to wait outside for more than 20 minutes with our luggage and groceries before being let in. The room also did not match the description. There was no refrigerator and no facilities or even basic dishes for preparing breakfast. Because of this, the groceries we had bought had to be thrown away. Overall, the communication and the missing facilities were disappointing.

+The location is absolutely excellent, right across from the train station, which made getting to and from the airport, as well as taking day trips to other cities in Puglia, very easy and convenient. Public bus connections were also easily accessible, and the main pedestrian street is just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, the location was perfect for exploring Bari and the surrounding area.
−The mattress was a little softer than we prefer, but it was still comfortable.

“Bem regular.”
Tinha chá, café, água e biscoitos no quarto. As toalhas eram confortáveis
