+The location is excellent! The whole journey was very easy. The airport is only minutes walk away from the train station. The trains run regularly into the city centre. Upon arrival into Cagliari, we had to pick up the keys to the apartment at a different address, but it was just across from the train station and also within walking distance of Approdo Rooms. The owner is very friendly and we were allowed to leave our luggage free of charge at the place we picked up our keys, while we were waiting for our apartment to be ready (we arrived on an earlier flight). The apartment is located in a lovely busy street with all facilities right at the doorstep! Lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t realise, was that the kitchen is shared with the other rooms, but luckily that wasn’t a problem at all. Everyone respected each other’s space. The cleaner regularly cleaned and changed bed sheets and towels and kept the place spotless. The owners also kept in touch and were helpful, making sure we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend Approdo Rooms for an easy and relaxing stay, while visiting Cagliari. My friend and I were very impressed with how accessible ever

“Pessimo è dire poco, statene lontani”
+L'unica cosa decente era la posizione
−Appena aperta la porta per entrare nella palazzina, a terra c'erano pezzi di intonaco. Ho pensato "dai, magari l'appartamento sarà meglio". Apro la porta dell'appartamento e l'odore di muffa mi assale. Entriamo in camera e apriamo subito la finestra che da su quello che loro chiamano cortile interno e l'odore che arriva è quello di urina. All'interno della camera un bagno con sola tazza e lavandino. Il bagno privato per fare la doccia c'è, ma devi uscire comunque dalla tua stanza e magari incontrare altri inquilini. Chiamo subito per informare che con quegli odori mi rifiuto di pernottare lì. Prima mi si dice che non è possibile e non dipende dal tizio ma dal proprietario di casa. Successivamente mi consiglia, visto che non ha altri appartamenti disponibili, di accendere semplicemente il condizionatore su modalità deumidificatore senza aprire la finestra. Specificando che gli odori nel cortile e un problema dovuto da altri condomini. Gli faccio presente che non ho intenzione di stare lì visto la scarsa situazione igenico/sanitaria. Morale della favola mi hanno rimborsato solo una notte su due. È la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere con booking, spero che venga tolto qu

+Estaba bien ubicada y la cama principal era cómoda para un día.
−La habitación era pequeña, con una habitación minuscula donde se encontraba la tercera cama, era un espacio casi sin ventilación ni espacio para moverse. El resto de la habitación mejoraba un poco, aunque había fuerte olor a humedad y la ventana daba a un patio interior por lo que no era muy fácil poder ventilar la habitación.
