“Relaxing stay in a beautiful boutique guest house near the centre of Tavistock.”
+The room was beautiful as was the bathroom. Bright and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The house owners were welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
−I would only say that it is marketed as B and B, but think it would be better stating Apple Tree Guest House rather than Apple Tree B and B because the breakfast was an option chargeable addition and was just croissants and yogurt. This isn't a negative view, just our opinion.

+Bed and location
−Arrogant male visitor who had no thought for other people parking his vehicle in two spaces stopping me from parking my car. Breakfast cost expensive for the choice and amount you are given

“Really good.”
+Immaculately clean everywhere. Extra large double bed. View from bedroom window. Plenty of parking.
−We didn’t see the hosts on arrival as they had to go out so our key was left in the conservatory. We didn’t know the ‘house rules’ ie if there was a separate sitting room or whether we just sat in our rooms. The bedroom was very spacious with everything we needed. Plenty of tea/coffee/water options and a nice view from our bedroom window. Our bathroom was a short step from our room so not en-suite. The shower cubicle was extremely small and only had an overhead shower which for us wasn’t practical. A shower cap was provided but it was the same as the food covers that you buy from Temu. I have thick hair so couldn’t get it all in. We thought £10 (each) for breakfast was a little high. We had cereal, 2 slices of toast, a yoghurt and tea or coffee. Apparently this only applied if you had booked through Booking.com! I don’t think this is mentioned by Booking.com when you book. There’s plenty of parking available which is nice to have. Very close to the town centre, shops, museums etc We would definitely stay again but not buy the breakfast. I would rather go to a local cafe or Wetherspoons.

“Great for a relaxing and comfortable holiday”
+We had a lovely stay at the Apple Tree B&B. The room was comfortable and very clean. We got fresh water and cookies every day and the room was equipped with a coffee machine and fridge so we could easily sustain ourselves for our extended stay. Staff was very friendly, we had some very nice conversations and received great advice on tours to go on. The B&B is located in the center of town with the main square and the bus station within 5 minutes walking distance.
