“Very good”
+Very nice location, 15 min walk to Tiburtina also Quantiliani metro station. Two room apartment has shared kitchen and bathroom and everything was clean and tidy. The contact person is very nice and easy to communicate with.

“Try to avoid!”
+Location: about 20 min on foot from Tiburtina train and metro stations. A lot of shops (including at least two mid-sized supermarkets) not too far away. Basic amenities available in the kitchen. Clean. WiFi OK. Several free parking lots nearby (we have always managed to find a place where to park our car).
−1. A message scratched on the door of the apartment. 2. Peeling paint on one of the wall of the room (probably due to water infiltration). 3. Only small towels supplied. 4. In the kitchen there is no kettle and there are only one pot and one frying pan (however, other kitchen utensils were available) - definitely not enough for 2 + 2 persons. 5. Only one small table available in the kitchen (seats 2). 6. A 50 l hot water boiler in the bathroom - this capacity is not enough for 2 + 2 persons to take the shower. 7. Although there is a washing machine in the bathroom, the owner tries very hard to dissuade you from using it with the arguments like "People uses the machine to wash a pair of socks only and the electricity is very expensive" and "The machine only washes, but doesn't dry the laundry", adding there is a laundry service which does both nearby. If you are still not convinced, she asks you to pay 8 euros each time you use the washing machine! In order to control its use she has also placed stickers on the switches beside both electrical sockets available in the bathroom. As an additional measure, she has also removed the clotheslines once existing on the window of our room. 8.

“A very pleasant stay”
+Extremely nice host is ready to help and accommodate all of our needs and is easy to contact if the need arises. The apparent is spotless, providing a nice view to the city. The neighborhood is nice where all of the possible shops you may need within walking distance. The commute to the city center takes about 40 mins, however it is easy with the metro station nearby.
