+I stayed for 4 nights in one of the Garden rooms--these are below street level and they have carved out a small area for small garden with trees and flowers, very private. The rooms are all recently renovated and are just as they appear in the photos. The breakfast area on the first floor is spacious and, because the hotel is situated on a hil, it offers great views of the harbor and islands--really very lovely! The breakfast options are plentiful and very good! They do their own fried bread, somewhat like a New Orleans beignet. There is also a rooftop terrace with a grill area and guests can bring their own drinks and food to prepare. Fabulous at night! The service is wonderful--any issues were dealt with instantly. I couln't open the door to the garden and the front desk came [I was trying to push/pull and it was a sliding door, embarassing!] I would stay again!
