“Value for money - ok!!”
+Pogled, lokacija je ok, cijena, prostor, sirina, balkoni, ljubaznost.
−Treba poraditi malo na renoviranju, cistoci (kupatilo los miris, sudoper isto tako). Renoviranje to dvoje i moze bit super.

−The property should announce the client that he will be charged from his bank account with pre-authorisation money (it's basically the amount of money you should pay for stay) and the money will be blocked at least 7 days

“A very enjoyable trip.”
+Very friendly and helpful owners. They welcomed us like family members. Everything we needed, they have provided us. There is electric grill for guests to use. Five minutes by walk there is a bigger supermarket and bakery. Around 20-25 minutes to the beach on foot.

“Disgusting”
+The accommodation has a nice view.
−1) Payment - beware, as they will charge your card a few days before your arrival, but they also want you to pay in cash on the spot and refund your card within 20 days after your arrival. We wanted at least a written confirmation of cash payment on the spot, our request was denied. 2) The apartment is not located at the address listed. The owner doesn't speak English well so he didn't understand us on the phone at all, we called a lot of money and chased the owner around Neum for 2 hours before we found him ourselves (we were in a car) and he led us to the apartment. There was a woman who texted with us before our stay about the reservation. Then during the search for the owner in Neum, another young woman communicated with me via WhatsApp again and was very arrogant and blamed everything on our mistake. So a total of three people communicating this booking is a big mess. Upon arrival the gentleman seemed drunk and confused and we couldn't understand anything he said. 3) The accommodation was disgusting. There were insects everywhere, spiders and caterpillar on the wall, remnants of something in the kitchen sink, mattresses very old and worn through. Fortunately, we called another

“Exceptional”
+Hvala svim ljudima koji su nas docekali u apartmanima Vrabac i veliko hvala gospodinu Muhamedu na gostoprimstvu, prezadovoljni smo svime pruzenim i sigurno ćemo se vratiti opet. Nas je bilo sedmoro, i dobili smo veliki apartman sa prelepim pogledom na more i parkingom za naša dva auta odmah ispred kuće. Hvala jos jednom

−There is no resting room The design of this Appartement(roof, last floor) is composed of 3 rooms each contains beds therefore no resting room (you can rent a single room) We have noticed few ants in the room beside the balcon but I think is saisonal and should be careful while eating inside or outside.

“Bad”
−So far, this has been my worst accommodation, and I've stayed in 14 countries, including Bosnia, where this was my third accommodation. The entire apartment was not cleaned. There was dirt and hair all over the floor. Not to mention the amount of dead insects behind the beds. In the living room, the table was hosting a party for a large number of ants. There were three of us staying in the apartment, and we had up to six beds available. The bed linens smelled fresh, but more than one bed clearly showed signs that it hadn't been changed after the previous guest. In some beds, there was even food residue. The most disgusting part was the bathroom. There was a horrible smell everywhere, we were informed that the washing machine was broken, and there was only one roll of toilet paper available for the four days we stayed there. When we conveyed our findings to what was likely the property manager, we were told that the mess had been left by a woman who stayed there before us, and that the cleaning lady had left a day earlier.
