+I had a nice stay here. The accommodation has everything you need, and the free parking is very useful. It’s clean and comfortable. The location in Neum is good, and the price is fair for what you get.

+The room is perfect. Good size, air conditioning, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, balcony, and the bathroom is very nice. The owners are very friendly and approachable.There are two supermarkets nearby that are very convenient. Everything is very easy.
−I liked everything. It's true that it's a bit far from the center and the sea, but it's very convenient for the car, and getting down to the center is a pleasant walk.

“Horrible experience, and horrible unfair treatment to us”
+The host was not welcoming and seemed unhappy about our arrival, barely responding to us. The bedsheets were very dirty, and the apartment had mosquitoes and bedbugs - we were bitten all over. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell inside, with no clear source. It appeared the apartment hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom had no basic hygiene supplies at all. It was clear that the place hadn’t been cleaned for a long time , possibly a month, we also felt we were treated differently from other guests. While others were allowed to leave by simply leaving the key inside, we were told we must wait for the host to inspect the apartment before we could go, just to make sure nothing was broken or missing. This kind of unequal treatment was very disappointing. We strongly advise non-white travelers to think twice before booking this place, as our experience suggested possible racial bias. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this apartment to others.

“C’était un logement de passage d’une nuit, nous serions pas restés plus longtemps”
+La literie était bonne
−Forte odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain Nous avons dû mettre du papier toilette sur les évacuations afin de pouvoir atténuer l’odeur. Propriétaire pas souriante et a manquer notre accueil. Nous avons essayé de l’appeler à plusieurs reprises pour nous accueillir et ai arrivé plusieurs minutes plus tard.

“Nagyon jó szállás”
+Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szoba megfelelő ár érték arányú. Jól felszerelt, kényelmes. Az ágy kényelmes, az erkélyen dohányozhattunk, a szobában található egy hűtő is. Szépen berendezett. Mi jól éreztük magunkat. A szállásadó hölgy nagyon kedves volt és barátságos.
−Sajnos csatorna szag van, de erről nem a szállásadó tehet, más negatív dolgot nem tudok.

“Tutto ok..”
+Il personale è stato gentile. La struttura era abbastanza pulita e aveva una cucina in comune con tutto il necessario.
−La camera che ci è stata assegnata non corrispondeva a quella delle foto che ho selezionato appositamente. Non viene fornito nessun materiale da bagno (saponi, phon, ecc..) Il bagno emanava un cattivo odore e la vasca (l’altra stanza aveva una normale doccia) era anche sporca. Inoltre doccino della vasca aveva un getto fortissimo che bagnava per terra e il wc sito affianco, che ogni volta dovevamo asciugare.
