+Nice view, it was clean and the hostest welcome us and gave information on what to see and where to go.
−According to the information we received there was cooking facilities and therefor we prepaired to cook a meal for dinner. But when we arrive we learned that the stove and oven did not work. So we needed to buy food and the food we bought to cook, was wasted. What a waste of money. Very dissapointed.

+Great stay, very clean and spacious room. Balcony had a view of the sea which was nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was good, a little bit of a climb to get there but not unusual at all in Hvar :)

“Overall, a decent base for a few days in Hvar.”
+I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was very clean and well maintained, and it was a comfortable base for my time in Hvar. The host was helpful and informative once I arrived. The A/C worked very well, and there is a Nespresso machine in the room, a nice touch. If you enjoy coffee in the morning, it’s worth picking up a few extra pods at the nearby convenience store.
−A couple of things are worth knowing in advance. The building is not very soundproof, and one night I was kept awake by other guests partying until around 4 a.m. While this was not directly the host’s fault, I do think situations like this should be addressed when it is happening, particularly as the hosts live in the building and they could hear the noise as well. The room is cleaned every second day, which is appreciated, but I wasn’t aware of this beforehand. If you prefer more privacy or don’t want anyone entering the room during your stay, it would be worth discussing this with the host in advance. Also, if you are arriving on foot from the ferry, be prepared for a fairly long and very steep uphill walk with your luggage.

+Die freundliche Betreuung & das Bett war super bequem. Ich hab schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen wie das letzte Wochenende.
−Zweite Steckdose neben Nachttisch, damit man neben dem Licht auch noch Handy aufladen kann.

+Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet. Die Schränke der Küchenzeile waren sehr geräumig
−Es fehlte an Küchenausstattung. Die geräumigen Schränke hätten durchaus noch Küchenutensilien, wie z.B. Pfannenwender u.ä. aufnehmen können. Es gab auch keine Geschirrtücher. Außerdem hatten wir kein Appartement im Obergeschoss, wie auf den Bildern angegeben war, sondern im Souterrain, was die Aussicht natürlich einschränkte
