“NICE STAY”
+Location was good, i could reach it by Metro from the airport; room and bed were very comfortable too.The kitchinette was well equipped, big frigidaire (that for me is important).
−That i asked the guy at the reception if i could leave one piece of baggage at the hotel -given that i would come back one week later or so and needed to spend 4 more nights before my departure to my country. He said it was not possible at all. Fortunately i found another apart-hotel, where they were so kind as to keep this piece of baggage for me until i came and spent those nights at that other hotel. I think it s not an intelligent position to loose a client that certainly would spend more nights there, at least a consult to the manager could have been done...... but they left me no choice but to look for another place..... the most remarkable thing was that, as i was leaving, i told breafly to a young woman aT the reception (the 1st time i saW her) my discomfort for this, aND she said what a pity i had not told her ......(like meaning she could have managed to allow me to leave a piece of baggage until i came back). With this precedent, i would not come back to this place, i am a person who travels with plenty of baggage, and i always would be in the same situation..... it s a pity they are so closed........at least the man who received me, who gave me no chance but to look for

“Review of Adagio Apart-hotel in Bercy Village area in September, 2026”
+Location. Breakfast. Staff courteousness.
−The fridge did not work properly, and never cooled enough even when set to the max coldness setting. The burners in the kitchen did not get as hot as we are used to at home, and kept shutting off in the middle of cooking as if to maintain a fixed burner temperature. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided in a hotel charging more than 200 Euros per night, just a bottle of hand soap on the sink and in the bath. No body lotion either - standard fare in even mid-level hotels in the US. There were several wooden and metal sharp edges on the bed that could be dangerous for senior citizens navigating the room at night. The bathtub access was unusually high.
