“APA Hotels are an excellent choice and provide just right service and amenities.”
+Location was great for visiting the national museums and Ueno zoo. Excellent train and subway options/connections. All the staff we encountered were great to work with, and knew English very well. Also handy to several good family restaurants, convenience stores.
−The morning breakfast area was a bit cramped and the food was just "ok".

“Nice hotel with a great location”
+This hotel is ideally situated for local attractions including Ueno Park, museums, street markets and eating venues. Also right by the station with easy links for Narita airport. Staff very helpful in storing suitcases pre booking-in.
−The room was quite small, bathroom tiny. The bed was only accessible from one side. I suspect that all the APA hotel rooms are similar in dimension.

+Good location. Convenient to travel.
−Everyday same menu for breakfast. Not worth to include breakfast while booking room. Room is very small. Not enough to stay with kid. Difficult to place more than 1 luggage and even harder is to open the luggage.

“Quiet, comfy and great location for Skyliner and sights”
+I had everything I needed here. It's right next to the Keisei Skyliner, which was perfect after a long flight, and close to the park, with a view of the pond from my room. The room was the right size for a solo traveller, and I was glad of the free bathroom items since I'd forgotten a few things. The shower was lovely. Whether it was the water or the shampoo they provide, my hair looked amazing after every one. The air conditioning was a lifesaver on the days the crowds from the public holidays and heat outside got unbearable, and I could retreat to the room to cool down and freshen up. The soundproofing is incredible. It was so quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. It was easy to find my way around from here, with a 7-Eleven nearby, plus Ameyoko Market and the National Museum within easy reach. I'd happily stay again.

+Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Good location from train station and to Ueno Park.
−Double rooms are very small for 2 people and luggage. The area on each floor that is an open center seems like wasted space that could have been used for larger rooms. Luggage storage throughout the lobby felt a bit cluttered and hectic.

“Would stay here again”
+The property was very easy to find as a first time traveler to Japan and was in a great area for hitting the surrounding areas. The staff were also super nice.
−This is our own fault for not really looking but the space was a tad smaller than expected but not anything that stopped us from enjoying our time.

+La ubicación y comunicación con el aeropuerto de Narita Tokio. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento.
−Al ser hotel APA las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y la limpieza se realiza cada 3 días.
