“Thank you for hosting us,every one was just a beautiful blessing! Asante Sana!!”
+The staff were more than friendly and always able to assist with a smile! They are such amazing people and I am sad to leave! Love the animals and the food was also delicious! Beautiful pool and lounge area. This resort calms your soul!

“Love everything about this place. We lived in the tree house and this was one of a kind experience. Monkeys on the tree”
+Love everything about this place. We lived in the tree house and this was one of a kind experience. Monkeys on the tree house porch was a daily occurrence :). The facilities were clean and beautiful. The stuff was very nice and always helpful. Could not think of a better stay.

“I didn’t enjoy my stay”
+The rooms were clean and the house keeping very nice the breakfast was good
−A lot was disappointing, there was no hot water in the room kept the water running but didn’t get warm… I kept calling reception for more then an hour and they did not answer plus the time was around 6:30 pm which is very early kitchen did not answer calls too …. I also had lunch there and do not recommend needs much more improvement… another thing I didn’t like was that they gave me the furthest room from the facilities so was a bit of a walk while there were many empty rooms closer

+Rooms on the beach fantastic Staff very friendly Food excellent Chef.
−No tv in rooms Ramp essential for old and disability people. Ramp to enter the dining area from the road as there are too many steps.

+We only liked the swimming pool
−I didn't like everything that was on offer. The food was bad, the shells in the bathroom are terrible that needs to go, WiFi, no TV, no face towels, and not having electricity all the time. The breakfast menu is horrible

+Everything pretty much. The staff and facilities were exceptional. The only thing preventing a 10 is nothing to do with staff or facilities , just that the beach itself is not quite as beautiful as main Uroa beach.
−Nothing wrong with any of it. I did find the sea shell curtain in shower a little annoying that when seated on toilet the shells brush against you. Ovrrall 9.5 out of 10
