“Great location, clean room and friendly staff!”
+The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Venice in foot. The vaporetto station was only a 3-minute walk and we only had to cross one small bridge to reach the property, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and always willing to answer our questions. Communication was also excellent as they responded very quickly to our messages. The room was quite small for 3 people but it was very clean and this was not a disadvantage for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and were very happy with our choice.

+The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine on the rooftop terrace! The location was very convenient...5 minute walk to St. Mark's Square and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Cafés and restaurants all within a short walking distance and all very good. Drazenka was so helpful in getting us to the hotel upon our arrival and back to the water taxi to return home. Next trip to Venice we would definitely stay at Antico Casin. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Venice!!!

+The hotel staff was amazing. Drazeaka went out of her way to help us with a water taxi . Making sure all our needs were met. What a wonderful person. The hotel is in the perfect location. Extremely clean and comfortable.

“Great value, great location, clean and modern.”
+Great location. Quiet. Close to private water taxi dock (Monaco Hotel near St Marks Square). Hostess was very friendly. Greeted when we arrived and helped carry some of our luggage and get us settled in.
−4th floor unit - 48 steps! We had come from a wedding and had heavy luggage. Bathroom is tight.

−Bad odor at the entrance of the property and noise from flushing toilets from the room upstairs as I was downstairs. I will still stay there again for the price and service.

+De tudo! A começar com a atenção da pessoa que nos recebeu. Posso dizer que muito diferente do que estamos acostumados da Europa. Foi de uma gentileza fora do normal. Quarto novinho, sempre bem limpo e numa localização fantástica.

+La propriétaire est très disponible et veille à ce que tout se passe bien et c'est vraiment très agréable. L'emplacement est très bien situé, très calme et très propre avec des bouteilles d'eau et une de Prosecco. La chambre est très fonctionnelle.
−Tout était bien. La chambre est peut-être un peu petite car il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir les tiroirs pour ranger nos vêtements sans bouger la télé mais la propriétaire a prévu aussi beaucoup de cintres dans l'armoire donc on a pu se débrouiller.
