“Ravenna, IT”
+Loved the location. Stayed at Vermeer room. Breakfast was delicious. Great coffee. Croissants, yogurt. The recommendation to Ca da Ven restaurant was great. The nearest Burger place was delicious, too. Thank you, Mrs Loretta, for your hospitality. The Payero Family from Dallas, Texas
−All was good. No elevator. So take only what you can lift.

“We could not wait to get ouy.”
+t the lady making the breakfast coffee was very nice.
−We never heard back after self-checking. The room was extremely noisy as it was situated on a traffic street. The breakfast was pitiful, and our requests for fruit and scrambled eggs were not honored. The bathroom had broken tiles. It was very difficult to work the key to go in. Insufficient instructions were given to operate the wifi.

“Good value if you know what you’re booking.”
+Staff was kind and hospitable, great value if you know exactly what it is you’re booking!
−True to the rest of the reviews it was a bit dirty, but nothing too crazy
