“Good location, lovely apt, v helpful host”
+Centrally located. Fresh n clean. The access was convenient especially with the apt WiFi provided.
−The bin Lorry’s at 5am….. know that can’t be helped.

+The building is very nice, the location is convenient, and the room is a good size. Check-in/out is pretty straightforward, however, you’ll need a reliable internet connection on your phone to access the property. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond via WhatsApp.
−Was a bit surprised by the deposit requirement and the numerous contractual conditions that were only communicated after I had paid for the non-refundable stay through Booking.com. I fully understand the owner’s need to protect their property, and that is perfectly reasonable, but it felt a bit excessive. The room was generally neat and tidy, but the level of cleanliness did not quite meet the expectations set by the terms and conditions of the contract. Be aware of the location as it is quite noisy in the surrounding streets.

“Terrible”
−SCAM BEWARE. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. We had the misfortune of staying at Annos13. In the middle of our first night there, we were woken up by a large CRASH sound and discovered the bathroom shower glass shattered out of nowhere, glasses covered the floor, rendering the bathroom unusable. Shaken, we took videos and photos and reported it straight away to the landlord and booking.com (website we booked on). We were unable to sleep for the rest of the night, googling how the hell this could happen (number of reasons including defective glasses, bad installation etc.), thinking it was just lucky the glass didn’t fell on top of us whilst we were inside the toilet. We could have gotten seriously injured. We had a wedding to go to first thing in the morning, and we were unable to use the toilet to get ready which was a chaotic and stressful experience in itself. What’s worse, the landlord proceeded to take unauthorised consecutive payments from our card, charging first €300, then €400 without speaking to us to find out what happened, then sent us an invoice quoting €900 for the smashed glass several hours later. “Perfect”
−I had a wonderful stay at ANOO13. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed and ideal for exploring Napoli. The apartment itself is great - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I truly enjoyed my time here and had a very pleasant stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Napoli.

“In rest, totul a fost foarte bine.”
+A fost extrem de curat in camera. Curatenia se face in fiecare zi, cu prosoape curate si patul asezat, gunoiul dus. Zona este extrem de buna, aproape de Via Toledo si de multe atractii. Micul de jun se poate lua la parterul blocului. Personalul amabil, ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, la orice ora.
−Singura problema este zgomotul. Fiecare zgomot de afara se aude foarte bine in interior.

“Ottima struttura ma rivedrei alcune modalità di accoglienza”
+Posizione ottima a 2 minuti dalla metro Toledo, arredi di pregio, camera silenziosissima poiché affacciava su cortile interno. Il self check-in è semplice e anche la modalità di accesso è automatizzata senza chiavi (che possa piacere o meno). Ottima caffetteria proprio affianco al portone del condominio per fare colazione. Il personale è sempre disponibile su Whatsapp.
−Premetto che non ha intaccato l’esperienza di pernottamento ma ho trovato un tantino eccessiva la quantità di messaggi ancora prima del check-in e alcune condizioni contrattuali. Capisco perfettamente la necessità di tutela da parte della proprietà ma cose tipo “non mangiare in stanza”, “per le lenzuola sporche di trucco o altro verrà chiesto il risarcimento” sono cose minime che possono accadere e per cui un’attività ricettiva deve essere preparata senza mettere ansia al cliente (soprattutto perché viene richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 100€).
