+Great value for the price. They provide you with everything you need, including ramen, food, water, laundry. The gesture of giving sweets and chocolate as a welcome gift is a wonderful touch, too. Very clean, and the location is excellent, near the most important Busan stations. The staff was very efficient and fast to respond, and the automatic looks make you feel safe.
−The bathroom is too cramped, you can barely sit, and it had a minor plumbing problem. Also, a lot of noise from doors opening and closing at night. Maybe make them quieter?

“Busan city stay”
+Great location, close to metro/bus stops as well as many dining options. Room was small but comfortable. Nice little touches in room and lodging such as free snacks, ramen, welcome treats, eye mask, and ear plugs. Laundry on site, as well as kitchen and water fountain. Facilities were clean. Staff was very responsive to my concerns: room has a small window connecting to the hallway which allowed the light from that hallway to shine in. I brought it up to the staff and they quickly covered the window in order to provide a more comfortable environment at night. This room is great if you are planning on spending a few days in Busan.
−Bathroom had a bit of a humidity smell but it was not the end of the world. Pillow and mattress could be better.

+Helpful employees, welcome snacks, lots of shelf space, towels, etc., come and go as you wish, fresh air, reasonably central location.
−Walls are thin... but are they not everywhere?

+Location is very good, just in front of the bus stop and just minutes away from the metro station. Room was nice, a bit on the smaller side especially the bathroom. Air con was good, and loved the possibility to wash clothes for free and dry them for very very cheap. Very quiet and private. They let me check in early.

+The place is centrally located and close to different forms of public transport. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff who welcomed us was very nice. She even kept our luggages since we arrived earlier than our expected check in time. The rooms are clean and tidy. Some toiletries and towels are provided as well as indoor slippers.
−The only thing we had problems with is that one of the rooms had a musty smell when the airconditioning was on.
