“Disappointing and way too expensive for the state of the room.”
+View was fabulous, right across from the beach.
−Restaurant was closed and this was not disclosed until upon arrival. Room and hotel generally were very run down with rippled carpet, aircon didn't work and there was no iron in the room. Hallway lighting was not working at night which was a safety hazard.

“Was very disappointed with the room but spa and location was great”
+The location was great, close to all facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The option of being able to come in earlier, E.g. 1pm.
−The mattress was very firm, the doors to the balcony didn't shut properly. The carpet looked like it was original. Room 33 has a streetlight right in front of it so that meant you couldn't open the glass door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves 😒

“Location location, but basic. good value for money”
+it was a basic room for a basic price and i had a great nights sleep. I'd say there is a big reno about to happen so you need to get all food and drinks elsewhere in town.
