“Pleasent stay! 🤗”
+The location was great, and the hostel has a restaurant on-site with very good food and reasonably priced options. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Anthony, who works the morning shift and helped me with a lot during my stay. He was always very attentive, helpful, and kind. Also, thank you to Sebastian and Mia for providing such good service. I’d also like to mention the cleaning staff, señorita Carmen and Kayla. They were both lovely and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I especially enjoyed the beautiful company and conversations we shared in the kitchen. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hostel!

−The worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the sheets were dirty and smelled bad, and the entire hostel felt unclean and neglected. There are only two bathrooms for the whole hostel, which is completely unacceptable and constantly inconvenient. To make things even worse, the shower is located outside in a common area and offers virtually no privacy. Having to shower in those conditions was uncomfortable and awkward, especially when other guests were constantly walking nearby. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like intruders rather than paying guests. Every interaction felt cold and dismissive. There is no safe to store valuables, which is a basic feature that travelers should be able to expect. On top of that, we were told that two bottles of water would cost 6 soles, only to be later charged 12 soles. It was an unpleasant experience that completely destroyed any trust we had. Bad smells, dirty rooms, poor facilities, lack of privacy, rude staff, and questionable service. The location is the only positive thing I can say about this place. Avoid this place and stay somewhere else. Barranco has many better options.

+L'emplacement++, la possibilité d'utiliser l'espace commun après le check out (toilettes, douches, cuisine, terrasse et wifi), propreté ok et on peut laisser les bagages a la consigne
−Fuites dans la chambre quand il a plu - on a eu de la chance, seules mes chaussures étaient trempées, les 3 douches se trouvent sur le passage de l'accès a la terrasse pour les clients et avec des persiennes donc très perturbants, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, toilettes sur un seul endroit à l'opposé de la chambre > prix élevé de la chambre deluxe sans intérêt particulier

−Habitacion compartida, no cerraba la ventana que daba a la calle, el ruido era mucho , estaba rota, el vidrio estaba apoyado en el piso. El colchon era viejo bastante viejo, deberian mejorarlo . Los baños para bañarse muy pequeños

“Accogliente, creativo e tranquillo.”
+Location meravigliosa, pieno centro Barranco. Struttura accogliente piena di piante, dettagli estetici, disegni sui muri che accolgono l'ospite e lo fanno sentire a casa. Lo staff molto attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Le camere sono spaziose, i bagni puliti e il mood degli ospiti si alliena perfettamente con l'organizzazione della struttura. Posto perfetto che consiglio e semmai ci ritorno, ci ritorno volentieri.
