“2nd visit to Seoul and this location best. I will definitely use Amid Hotel again.”
+Excellent location in Insadong. Cafe onsite. Supermarket next door. Close to many restaurants. Convenient to subway and only 2 stops from Seoul station.

“We would book again, great stay”
+Excellent location, close to attractions and transportation
−Not the best for light sleepers, automatic bathroom lights woke meant that if one person woke up to use the restroom the light woke the other up too

“Great little hotel. I’d recommend it.”
+This is a fantastic location within walking distance of so many of the top spots. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby with my oat milk latte! Staff were lovely and helpful and the room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfy. Pillows were good and they happily provided an extra for me.

+The location was amazing, walking distance to many great attractions. The room was very clean and personel very kind.
−We didn't like the breakfast, pretty low quality products. The hotel was too expensive for the quality of the facility and breakfast.

“Great stay in a city hotel”
+This hotel was well equipped , spotlessly clean and situated in a great location . It was easy to walk to many places .
−The bakery on site had no stock on a Saturday and Sunday

+Location was great with many amenities around the area - convenience store, supermarket, cafes and little souvenir shops all around. I chose this hotel because it was near to my company's office which is near the palaces too.

“The location and cleanliness was a plus. If I stayed here again I would get a larger room.”
+It was centrally located within walking distance to parks, palaces and museums.
−The room was very small with no place to put your luggage and only one chair. The breakfast buffet area was cramped with only one coffee station and a slow machine which caused a long queue to get coffee.

+I would like to thank Lily at the front desk for helping us find a clinic and a doctor we needed during our stay. Your services are highly recommended. We will come again, next time at Seoul. Thank you.

+everything was great, but maybe a little bit expensive
−I would have liked a slightly larger fridge and personally i did not like the firmness/feel of the bed and pillows as well as the material used for the sheets - they were quite stiff, and did not feel very good on the skin
