+I loved the location, the a/c in the room was perfect. The balcony was really nice, surrounded by plants and flowers. Nice bed.

+The accommodation have everything to feel comfortable. Spacious room, comfy mattress, hot shower, great water pressure, very good AC, the host delivered a kettle for me, there's also small fridge. 15 min by foot to Lipah Beach. A lot of eateries and shops around.
−I liked everything. But be aware that after 4am roosters start their songs and it's very loud.

“Good value for money, good location in Amed and great staff!”
+It is very close to everything and it looks exactly like the pictures. So you get what you pay for. The staff was incredibly nice, Roman was always available via booking and the other lady was extremely kind as well! The AC worked great and the room had everything I needed: a big comfortable bed, a safe, a mini-fridge, a desk with stool, a closet and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
−Since the bathroom is made out of stone the floor was cold and I think one window had no glass. The products in the shower are not in a dispenser, they are individually wrapped and I have never seen shampoo in that form.

+The breakfast was good, but every day the staff prepared at different time and some mornings they just wake up early to eat. The room is super big and the beach is just 5 min by walking. Also has a small fridge really helpful for keep drinks
−The bathroom looks like a prison, without properly lights, and some insects are walking for the walls. The room is so big and the air condition can't keep fresh at all when is too hot outside

+The room was big and comfortable bed and close to the beach.

“Would never again stay there”
+Bed good, AC good, unfortunately black volcanic stone bathroom, black feet tracking everywhere! Inexperience building shows everywhere!
−No doors fit so too loud and constant exposure to elements, loud neighbour noises, dogs barking all hours, loud neighbours horrible music, main road and bridge where boys meet till 2am noisy!
