“Dirty and disgusting”

−We found ciggarete buts everywhere on the terrace, specially when traveling with a kid that's unacceptable. We had bugs in the room that bit us and left marks on our bodies. we contacted the property and still waiting for their reply to this day. Not clean at all

+The location was the only good thing about this place, very good and central
−The whole place had a terrible smell, we couldn’t sleep with the window closed because the room had a horrible smell. The place wasn’t clean, the shower facilities seemed a bit abandoned. We didn’t see anyone working there the whole time we stayed. Even though it’s cheap, I wouldn’t recommend this place

“Room and hotel not even close to the photos :)”
+Maybe the fact that there is a tatami floor and that the room came with a nice balcony and view.
−Not too comfy, hotel has a hostel vibe, nothing like the photos. Showers are a but messy. 0 staff to help.

“Great location but smelly beddings”
+Very near to the train stations. Room was a good size and there was clean linen available. The cleaning lady was very supportive and help me replace the comforter.
−The stinky smell of the room, the bedding and the comforter. It smelled like a dog that hasn't been bathed for a month. It triggered an allergic reaction that wouldn't stop until i left the door open. The replacement comforter was a help but there was still this musty smell coming from the bedding. I had to leave the balcony door open just to be able to breathe although it was cold and rainy.

“La próxima vez que vuelva a Osaka lo reservaré sin duda”
+El hecho de tener tu propio espacio fue increíble. La habitación que me tocó fue la mejor, no tenía gente cerca y estaba próxima a un balcón donde tenía vistas de Osaka. Poder entrar y salir con la tranquilidad de dejar las cosas en mi habitación y mi propia intimidad son suficientes para que le dé una buena puntuación. Me gustó que hubiera un pequeño colchón junto con las dos sábanas del futón, pude dormir a gusto. La calefacción iba perfecta, especialmente porque enfermé un poco a los pocos días por el frío y poder regularla me ayudó a cuidarme. El hotel estaba limpio y bien cuidado y el método para obtener la llave de la habitación es útil y seguro. Los baños y duchas están limpias y cada día venían a limpiarlos y a cambiar el papel y las papeleras situadas afuera de las habitaciones. No probé las lavadoras, pero hay unas 3 o 4 en una sala y parecen funcionar bien.
−Las duchas, aunque había varias, como por lo general la gente no se duchaba con más personas (no tienen separadores ni nada para cubrir) pues había que esperar a veces porque se duchaban individualmente. Sólo tienes una toalla para toda la estancia, lo mismo con las sábanas grandes y el colchón. No encuentras staff para pedirle ayuda, aunque no me hizo falta.
