“Good location and responsive host, but many cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort issues.”
+The location was convenient, close to Napoli Centrale train station, as well as cafés and restaurants. Salvatore was also always reachable and responded quickly to our messages.
−Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues during our 5-night stay. There was a strong smell as soon as we entered the apartment, and it remained throughout our stay. We had to keep the windows open, which was not ideal as the area was quite noisy and, at times, felt uncomfortable. The apartment also had noticeable humidity, and we discovered what appeared to be asbestos on the wall, partially hidden behind a piece of furniture. The AC was also quite weak. There were no toiletries provided, and only two rolls of toilet paper were left for two people for five nights, so we had to buy more ourselves. There was no safe, the closet was very small, and the TV was not working. The coffee shown in the jar in the listing photos was also not provided. The check-in process was not as described either. We were told that the door could be opened remotely, but it didn’t work when we arrived. Fortunately, someone happened to be leaving the building and let us in. The elevator was also not working when we arrived, so we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Most concerning, however, were stains that appeared to be blood on the bed sheets. “Smelly but cheap and clean - it’s alright”
+Really close to the train station and nice balcony. Loads of kitchen utensils und comfy for 3 people as well.
−Awful smell from every tab and faucet. The shower didn’t drain until we cleaned the filter. We had to leave the window open otherwise it would have been unbearable. And every time we got back in the evening before we opened the window, it smelled like somebody pooped into the shower.

“Nice stay, but the maintenance could be much better !”
+We had the green room, the biggist of the two, spacious for two people but not for more, 26 m2 , not 40 m2 as indicated !! The room is on floor 4, is well renovated with high quality materials except the kitchen furniture. Good bed, safe electricity installation with a good clear lighting net. Also good wifi. There was no noise problem if the window was closed.
−We had to wait until 5pm to enter the room and she was not well cleaned, floor was not fresch. There was mold on several places in the shower cabin and a bad smell on different times. No save available as indicated. Comfortable cooking is not possible, the fire is too small and there is no extracter hood. There is no wardrobe and the clothes rack is far too small. There is no fire alarm, even not in the shared entrance. No cleaning or a change towel service during the stay. TV didn't work, a technical intervention the second day was good for only one evening ... The ask to replace the very unconfortable broken toilet seat and to clean the exit of the watertap of the sink that spouts around was not carried out. With the exception of changing a table, we could not really appreciate the service of the manager, parlare, parlare, ....
