“Great facilities but in seperate areas of the accomodation”
+very modern comfortable room. great bed and daily service of making the bed and fresh towels. Lovely snacks & prosecco left for your use Deck was lovely and the accomodation was not far from the Gulf of Poets The owner was a lovely woman but unfortunately for us she spoke no English
−It was never made clear that the room to sleep and bathroom were in a completely seperate room/ area to the kitchenette, lounge, dining table and washing machine/ dryer. When you enter the property off a very blind corner into the gate area ( few steps in) on your right is the very clean, modern well equiped facility. BUT outside of that building are two flights of stairs ( 22 steps) leading up to the small but nice deck and into the bedroom with coffee machine, small fridge and lovely but very small bathroom. Parking is around the corner on a private driveway. You need to know that as there’s no where to park/ off load outside the property .

“Perfect quiet stay, I would recommend to all”
+The property was very clean, tidy and looked new. It had everything I needed. Air conditioning was great as it was over 40 degrees outside. The host was waiting and was very polite I was English and he was Italian and the communication was very good. Bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep

“Exceptional”
+When we arrived we felt very welcome from the first second. They helped us carry our luggage, offered us a beer, chips and nuts and helped us with anything we needed (for example recommended us a great restaurant to eat fresh fish). When we came back from dinner the owner and his family were on their Terrasse (which is just next to the Terrasse of the rented room) and invited us to join for a glass of local wine. We had great talks and felt almost like home. Also to mention that we came with our dog which was not a problem at all. They were very dog friendly and welcomed our dog as much as they did us. The room is newly renovated, on a calm location, it was clean, exactly like on the images and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

“Ich komme wieder :)”
+Sehr tolles und aussergewöhnliches gemütliches Bett und Kissen, hochwertige Ausstattung. Tolle und grosse Terrasse. Ideal für Haustiere. Privater Parkplatz in der Seitengasse. Sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer. Ich komme wieder :)

“Una delle migliori esperienze con Booking”
+Accoglienza strepitosa! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare la camera già fresca ed una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto. Camera pulitissima e molto confortevole, anche per lo spazio esterno dove abbiamo scambiato delle piacevolissime chiacchere con l'host che è simpaticissimo e disponibile. Sicuramente ci piacerebbe tornarci!

“Agréable et reposant.”
+Très bon accueil. Qualité du lit exceptionnelle pour une halte reposante. Nos hôtes nous ont recommandé un restaurant excellent à quelques minutes de la chambre, je recommande fortement . Encore merci pour l’accueil chaleureux Nb : Nous étions avec notre petit chien de sept mois. Elle a été très bien acceptée et accueillie !
