“DONT BOTHER !!!!”
+READ THE DIDN’T LIKE BOX AND YOU TELL ME WHAT IWE ENJOYED!!
−ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - WE LEFT WITHOUT STAYING AND LOST OUR MONEY! I genuinely wish I could give ZERO stars. I have never experienced accommodation quite like this. We booked and paid for a night’s stay, arrived expecting somewhere reasonably clean and safe, and were absolutely horrified by what we found. Where do I even begin? The bathroom was disgusting. Toothpaste residue was still smeared around the sink, the toilet was dirty, and the toilet brush and its holder were filthy. It was immediately obvious that proper cleaning standards were simply not being met. The beds were just as bad. There was visible hair in BOTH beds, and one had a large, suspicious wet patch on the mattress. We couldn’t see any obvious roof leak to explain it. The room didn’t even look as though it had been hoovered. Then came the safety concerns. There was damaged electrical wiring with the inner wiring visible, as shown in our photographs. The downstairs window appeared damaged, and the door wouldn’t lock properly with the key. Let that sink in. Filthy accommodation, questionable bedding, a potentially dangerous electrical issue and a door that wouldn’t lock. Even the basic refreshments were disappointin

“Horrendous. Don’t stay here”
+Nothing. Had to be moved twice due to poor knees of the room. Last room had a smashed window so was freezing bedding was dirty no towels no toilet roll tv was smashed no help carrying luggage when I only had my 8year old son. Staff was rude when I asked to be moved. Squashed flies on the walls. Absolutely horrendous
