“Perfect 🤍”
+The balcony was amazing🤍 breakfast also I was full;) the bed was the most comfortable I ever sleep 🙏 the owner was very helpful with all the directions and how to get there I absolutely will come back some day✨

“DO NOT STAY HERE, The owner is DISHONEST!”
+Location was fine, but it was 85 steps up a steep hill, which they don’t tell you!
−The owner is dishonest and won’t never want to deal with her again. When I booked on booking.com, I was notified I could pay with a credit card & would do at the property. When I checked in, I was told “our credit card machine was broken” & I would have to pay cash. I told them I didn’t have cash & they said that’s not their problem. I had to waste 1-2 hours contacting booking.com while in Italy trying to resolve this. Upon checkout, the owner never spoke to me & still had her mom try to collect cash. When I said I had no cash, suddenly the credit card machine popped out & was working! They were obviously lying the whole time & trying to bypass any “fees” with the booking.com. DISHONEST proprietors should never be used!!

“It was a good place to stay that was close to the main part of town”
+Clean, staff very helpful, nice balcony, and good heat exchanger.
−It was challenging to climb the steps to the hotel We were fine with the climb but it is good to know that the climb is strenous

−Avevo davvero grandi aspettative per questa struttura. Dalle fotografie sembrava il luogo ideale per trascorrere una giornata di relax lontano dal lavoro, motivo per cui ho deciso di prenotare una camera Deluxe con vista tramite Booking. Purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata completamente diversa da quella che immaginavo, e non per la struttura in sé, che dalle immagini appare splendida, ma per il modo in cui sono stato trattato dalla proprietaria. Fin dalla prima telefonata, l’approccio è stato freddo e poco cordiale. Mi è stato detto, senza particolare disponibilità, di procedere esclusivamente tramite Booking per confermare la prenotazione. Il giorno prima dell’arrivo ho richiamato semplicemente per comunicare l’orario previsto per il check-in e mi è stato risposto in maniera piuttosto brusca che ci saremmo sentiti il giorno successivo. Il giorno dell’arrivo, a causa di un imprevisto durante il viaggio, ho avvisato tempestivamente che sarei arrivato intorno alle 20:45, quindi con un ritardo di circa 45 minuti rispetto all’orario massimo del check-in. Nonostante avessi già pagato integralmente la prenotazione tramite Booking, non ho trovato alcuna disponibilità a cercare una soluz
