+No towels when we arrived. After a bit we called and were told they would bring them in 20 minutes. No hot water in the morning. Could not find a fuse box to turn on the breaker and there were no instructions in the apartment.

+Another great stay an Aloni! Rental car necessary if you want to travel about otherwise great place to chill by the pool. Kalathas beach 5 mins drive is best for miles around. All staff so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of area. Only 15 mins from airport but didn't notice the planes. 25 mins drive from Chania town - parking hard in the evening but until 4pm ok. Amazing sunset from apartments and pool area every evening over the peninsula to the west.
