“I would stay there again.”
+Everything was as expected. The amenities were good. The room was clean and comfortable.
−The AC was on, and I didn't't realize it until check out time, so the room was cold.

“Convenient location for historical sites, but sad lack of consciences most hotels offer, like basic food and drink.”
+Well-located near Lexington-Concord historical sites. Rooms were comfortable and efficient.
−No real food in the hotel, only microwaved burgers, no complimentary breakfast, only microwave, pricey options. Bring your own food for this place. Staff over-stretched, doing their best, but suggests poor management. Too expensive for most people and lack of food & drink is a real problem.

+Coffee available until noon.
−Was not able to get an early check-in. I arrived at 9:00 am due to my flight schedule on the red-eye the night before. No one made up my room at all on the second day of my stay.

“Nice, more modern hotel, with a great location.”
+The hotel is very nice, and the location is great. You're just a few miles from downtown Concord and pretty close to several historical sites. The room is nice, with a very comfortable bed and fun aesthetics and spaces. The breakfast options were varied enough, and the pricing reasonable for hotel standards.
−The lighting option in the room was not very smartly designed; there is a wall that divides the bed/sleeping area from the bathroom & sink. It looks great, but the issue is at night. If you need to use the bathroom or sink, turning on the light would illuminate the entire room, which would disturb the other person in the room. Additionally, there is a frosted glass for the shower, which adds privacy, but again, if the light is turned on, it will glow through the frosted glass, potentially reducing privacy. There isn't any dressers/dresser drawers or a lot of space to put clothes. The faucet at the sink is a bit "short" so water would easily splash out of the sink, which pooled a lot of water on the counter. The front desk did not provide accurate information related to breakfast times and options, and they did not give us our breakfast passes until we inquired. The front desk was also not the friendliest and welcoming.

−I booked a room at this hotel and needed to clarify a few details regarding my reservation. Unfortunately, it was impossible to contact the hotel. I sent an email but never received a reply. I also tried calling several times, but only reached an automated answering system. I left a message, yet nobody got back to me. Very disappointing customer service, especially when guests need assistance before their stay.

“Very nice hotel, close to Boston, free parking.”
+Very clean, stylish hotel. Good location. Quiet. I would stay here again.
−The only negative was the breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely low quality.

+Clean and good location
−Staff twice woke us up in middle of the night asking for ID to confirm we were in right room. Unacceptable

“Very nice property, quiet safe neighborhood yet close to major highways.”
+Block-out shades, tidy room, cool look and feel, comfortable beds, quality bedding and pillows.
−Only one wastebasket, and it was in the bathroom; there were none near the desk or beds. I'd rather have a second one so you don't have to run to the bathroom every time you need to throw something out.

+Beds and pilllows were very comfortable.
−Had a hard time controlling room temp. Quite cool. Breakfast and bar food needs improvement.

“The comfort level is average because the mattress was sliding off the bed quite often.”
+Breakfast was great and the location excellent!
−The room should have had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The shower is basic, it has tiles inside of a decent tub.
