+The location of the property is right near the beach. Mattresses were comfortable.
−We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The reality did not match the description, the photos, or the conditions that had been confirmed to us through Booking.com. When we booked the apartment, breakfast was stated as being included. Once we arrived, however, we were told that there was no breakfast and that this information had supposedly been added automatically by a “Booking.com robot” and had nothing to do with the hosts. Exactly the same thing happened with check-in. We requested check-in at 12:00 and received confirmation through Booking.com that this time had been approved. However, when we arrived, we were not allowed to check in. For a long time, nobody answered our messages or contacted us, so after our journey we were simply left waiting, not even knowing whether we would be able to get into the apartment at all. We were finally able to check in only around 15:00. When we showed them the confirmation for 12:00, we were again told that they had never approved it and that it had supposedly been approved automatically by a “Booking.com robot.” We also specifically paid extra for a room with a sea view. +При выборе этого варианта размещения были готовы к тому , что мебель имеет состояние «винтаж» . По фотографиям это можно было понять . За 3 недели до заезда оплатили проживание по невозвратному тарифу. Накануне заезда - 31 августа , мы связались с контактным лицом по телефону . Обсудили наше проживание (10 ночей) , люкс с видом на море, площадью 57 квадратных метров. Заселились самостоятельно ( наш заезд был ночным ), инструкции по заселению получили через вацап.
−Несоответствие размещения : 1. «Оригинальный дизайн» спальни в квартире 1032 - удивил. Спальня не имела окнон ( фотография прилагается ). 2. Общий метраж всего помещения не превышал 35 метров . 3. Гигиеническое состояние жилья - крайне запущенное. Конкретные факты: 1. Липкая жирная пленка покрывала поверхности шкафов , комода, кухонной мебели . 2. Холодильник был со следами ржавчины снаружи и затхлым запахом внутри. 3. От мягкой мебели исходил неприятный запах . Мы попросили нас переселить. На следующий день переселились в аналогичное по метражу и степени запущенности жилье (1030) . НО - спальня была с окном. Инструкции по переселению получили по телефону и переселялись самостоятельно . В телефоном разговоре сотрудник объяснил , что забронированного и оплаченного нами номера размером 57 метров , предоставлено не будет… Конкретные факты про жилье : 1. Запах в 1030 можно сравнить с запахом затхлого сырого подвала. 2. Дополнительный очаг неприятного запаха был локализован в санузле. Причина , это не работающая вытяжная вентиляция (конденсат образовывался как на зеркалах, так и на стенах) 3. В обоих апартах установлена устаревшая система вентиляции , она представляла собой решетку ( см

+נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו! המיקום פשוט מושלם - ממש על חוף הים, עם נוף מדהים ואווירה נהדרת. הכל היה נקי, נעים ומסודר. נהנינו מכל רגע והרגשנו בחופשה אמיתית. ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום נהדר לנופש. תודה רבה!

−בהזמנה היתה בריכה, בהגעה היה כתוב שסגורה זמנית, לא עודכנתי. בסלון ספה נפתחת שלא ממש אפשרי לישון שם שניים. נוח רק הספה ולא מה שנפתח. לא ממש נקי, טלויזיה לא עובדת ובעל המקום לא הסכים לתקן. מאותו רגע גם לא הגיב לכל בקשה שלי, פשוט לא ענה להודעות . לא ממליצה, המחיר האטרקטיבי לא שווה חוויה שכזו. חזרנו מוקדם מהצפוי, למרות ששילמנו על 6 ימים.

+A lovely place right on the beach with fantastic sea views. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops and public transportation nearby. We also appreciated the swimming pool and the parking. We have been very impressed with the hotels communication and customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and understanding. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.
