“Highly recommend.”
+Phenomenal staff. Great location. They were very warm both welcoming and sending me (chocolate cake and a soap bar?!). Also homemade ice tea was awesome. They have a nespresso machine in the room - can’t beat that.
−A bit of odor from the toilet - could’ve been better with some bathroom scent.

“I have had long layovers in Lisbon often and this hotel was the best experience I’ve had. I am so happy that the first c”
+Loved everything about the property. I would absolutely stay here again. Only issue was breakfast was not included and the up-charge was exorbitant. The room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony overlooking the front of the property, it was exceptionally clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. A great find when you have a long layover in Lisbon.
−Staff could have been more accommodating and nicer but they were fine. Just nitpicking as they felt a little bit cold and unfriendly.

“Could not recommend this hotel more and will definitely book here again next visit to Lisbon.”
+The staff went above and beyond to make our stay not only comfortable, but memorable and special. The daily cleaning of our room was immaculate and the location was perfect.
−The only thing about the room was there was no dresser to store clothes and there were no robes available.

+Great location, room, and staff. Nice little touches from a phone to use while at the hotel, to fruit and tea available daily, to a parting gift.
