“Such a bad experience”
+I recently stayed at Almada Inn, and it was a total disappointment. The service was terrible, and the room was both dirty and uncomfortable. The receptionist was constantly absent, making it nearly impossible to find any assistance when needed. It was a frustrating experience, and I regret choosing this hotel. I am now in the process of requesting a refund, as it was so bad that I didn’t even stay there for the night. I would not recommend staying here and advise others to look elsewhere for better accommodations and customer service.

“We left early and got a refund. Not worth staying here.”
+There was a shower. That’s the only upside.
−The backup power came on with an alarm at four in the morning after we got there at two. We couldn’t get a hold of the hotel staff to turn it off.

+Great location for one night stop. Staff very friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel but well maintained, clean and comfortable.

+Did not like the bathroom. Toilet didn’t work properly and the bathtub was stained with bluish chemicals. Their cleaning rags were hanging in the tub area. Partying going on until 3:00 am and could not contact staff. Voice mail only. Will NOT go there again.

“Poor”
+Advice on where to eat was good
−There was no breakfast said they don’t do breakfast anymore, fridge didn’t work, pictures were misleading much older/worn than shown, old air conditioners were very noisy, constant background noise, curtains didn’t block light very well (its light almost 24 hours), plug in sink didn’t work Ended up leaving very early morning as couldn’t sleep with the constant noise (think it was air conditioning in surrounding rooms).
